We would like to tell you about some of the countless times that NICU neonatal nurse Brunna was fantastic. She works with the heart. It is very wonderful to see her doing her job, we can see that she loves what she does! It is very evident the dedication that she takes care of each baby in this place. It makes you want to spend the day here looking at how much she likes her job.

After we had our baby, we had many stories in which she treated our newborn with a lot of love and affection. Brunna doesn’t just take care of the babies, she takes care of the whole family. In short,, she is fantastic! She manages to calm the baby, the mom, the dad and the baby’s entire family. We are very grateful to God for putting her in our way! She played an extremely important role in the treatment of our daughter; we will never forget her!

Brunna is wonderful because she not only checks the protocol, but she also understands the baby’s needs. She was fantastic many times, once taking our daughter on her lap and walking down the halls causing her to calm down naturally. Then she very carefully called a translator so that the doctor could explain the plans to us. She uses the greatest care to remove the equipment attached to our baby’s body, so that she does not suffer so much. When she bathes our daughter, she makes her relax and be calm.

She notices when the equipment has been on the baby for too long and needs to be changed. She looks for solutions as soon as the baby starts to have a problem. She listens carefully to what the doctor says and is empathic with the parents. After work, she walks into the room asking if everything is okay, she listens to the family. These are just some of the ways she is awesome!

We have been in NICU for a long time. We are here every day and every night, always, so we know a little about the routine of each nurse. Bruna is different, believe us, are we’re blessed to have her! We love her and will cherish her all our life! Thank you, Brunna, from our hearts!
