Caleb Matthews, RN

My grandfather was admitted to the hospital due to ongoing cardiac issues, and although we were hopeful, his condition wasn’t improving. During this difficult time, the family was anxious and had many repetitive questions. Caleb was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to explain the situation thoroughly. He went above and beyond to communicate our concerns to the physicians and ensured our questions were answered promptly.

We noticed a significant improvement in my grandfather’s comfort under Caleb’s care, which allowed us to have more meaningful conversations with my grandfather. We are deeply grateful for Caleb’s compassion and support during this challenging period. Although my grandfather passed away a few days later, we will always appreciate the care and empathy Caleb showed to both him and our family.
