Caley Lynch 2, RN

Caley met us in the ER for a blood draw, and it was outstanding! Friendly (not in a pushing way), competent, and so knowledgeable. Her smile and positive energy were a model for us and other employees as to how an environment should be. I believe we should give employees like Caley a pat on the back and recognize those who are inspiring human beings. She made the air in the room so positive and comfortable. It made my husband and I feel comfortable and positive.

We were in the ER. My husband had just been diagnosed with Epithelioid Sarcoma, and the subsequent blood clots and debilitating struggle to breathe had left us so frightened. Caley was such a positive, upbeat nurse. We loved how she was so encouraging to the other nurses while they worked on him. She was also very supportive of the family.
