Camille was nominated by nursing student Lauren who wrote,
I have never shadowed a nurse who is so willing to teach and guide a student through intensive patient care. The care Camille provides her patients is always kind and thorough. She spends time interacting and teaching the patient's family members. If a patient is intubated, she is as caring for the patient as if they were awake.
Camille is a great team player. If they need help with a lift, or if a patient is coding, Camille has always been the first one to help. She offers great advice and guidance to patients, families, and me during any situation. She is hands-on, interactive, and a great teacher. When we encounter a new situation, she shows me what to do, then reverses the procedure and lets me have a try at it. Camille has truly stood out to me as an excellent, dedicated nurse.
