Caralyne was so pleasant and kind from our very first meeting. It is a wonderful experience to be met with such warmth and kindness when you are at your lowest.

She not only did her job efficiently, with expertise, and professionally but also made me feel that I was a priority at the moment. She explained my plan for care, and what was about to take place and gave regular updates with each visit. Also, the very first night the departing nurse and the next shift nurses met together to announce the shift change, that was really cool. I could ask as many questions as needed, and she provided detailed answers and, where needed, instructed me on which doctor would be the best to consult with.

Caralyne not only did the mechanics of her job but also performed her tasks with great care and concern. Customer Service being done at its best is a rare thing these days and when it is provided as Caralyne has done, it should definitely be rewarded.

If I were to leave parting words to her, they would be to continue to care for her patients by greeting them with her warm smile, caring attitude, and professionalism, as if their case is the only one that matters.
