To all the CTU staff: I have lived with a sick heart for half of my life. Always being in and out of hospitals. Thank God I have never experienced unsafe care. Only here, however, did I experience an impeccable stay in a five-star hospital and more. I was treated with white gloves (other than blue) in a context of maximum attention to the body and mind, meticulous cleaning of the person and the environments, with a river of comforting words, a lot of sweetness, and above all professionalism on behalf of all the staff medical, nursing, rehabilitation service, and nursing assistant. I would also like to thank the administration for providing a TV in the room and an excellent internet connection that allowed me to feel all the love of my family and friends, which is vital for the heart.
