She is truly a Clairvia champion, and she makes sure that the clients realize the value of the product. She is passionate about making health care, especially bedside nurses, safer and less stressed when using the Clairvia product.
Carie serves as a clinical consultant for Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Management (formerly Clairvia) and led the implementation team for the Department of Defense over the past four years. She worked tirelessly to assist our clients within the DoD during a challenging and fast-paced timeline where our contact with clients both virtually and onsite was constrained due to other MHS Genesis requirements and the client's bandwidth. Despite these limitations, Carie provided steady and flexible leadership to the project team and championed the product's capabilities to our clients. When the onsite number of staff was reduced, she dedicated additional time to her own learning to better equip herself with others' responsibilities.
Since finishing the last of her DoD requirements during the OCONUS wave, Carie has shifted her focus to our Middle East clients needing additional support. She has been so flexible in her work time and client approach to meet the clients' best interests across multiple continents, and she has maintained an even-keeled and positive demeanor that is truly remarkable.
Carie is highly respected and appreciated across our Consulting team, with her caring and empathetic approach serving as a model for all.

Carie is an excellent Oracle Health employee. She is very dedicated to her work, and she is excellent with the clients that she works with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Clairvia solution that she implements. She is able to give her presentations in a way that are so meaningful and easy for the client to understand. She is never hesitant to set up additional training sessions with the client if they are struggling with the concepts or if they just need a little more time to grasp the concept. She is extremely client focused. She will go above and beyond to make sure that a client is satisfied and that she is satisfied with the fact that the client has a good grasp on how to use the product. She is ALWAYS pleasant and has a smile on her face. She worked tirelessly with the DoD project...often doing virtual presentations in the middle of the night in her time zone, to accommodate the client. Carie has been with Oracle Health for 11 years, but a nurse for much longer.
During her time with Oracle she has worked with the Women's Health area as well as most recently Clairvia (Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Management).
She has been leading the Department of Defense implementation for the last 4 years, supporting all of the sites during their implementation and go live. Carie identified that the training being offered through the main contractor was not sufficient for the adoption of our solution and worked through to create opportunities within weekly calls to provide small nuggets of information to make the use of the solution less overwhelming to the nurses and nurse managers.
With the latest round she was working with sites outside the US, she adapted her schedule to meet the client's needs, staying up late or joining calls super early, offering multiple sessions and "day in the life" opportunities. She has also grown in her knowledge of our scheduling solution to assist as onsite resources for go-live were decreased. She can often be heard at go live saying, "I've got you, we've got this," making sure the client feels comfortable and knows they are supported. Carie always has a smile on her face, makes sure she gets to the client site early to orient herself, so she is ready to go when go live starts.
Carie is now working with a client in the Middle East mentoring a new consultant who is learning both our solutions and consulting, spending many early morning hours sharing knowledge and helping her prepare.
