Carleen Lewis, ARNP

Carleen was selected from a multitude of peer recognitions for her leadership and selfless acts to ensure the staff on the unit and throughout the hospital feel supported and mentored. She is calm in her presence even when things are hectic. She executes the HCA mission, vision, and values with the balance needed to nurture new nurses and ALWAYS leads by example. She uses her education as an ARNP to guide our staff through difficult clinical situations and has the respect of her colleagues to effectively be an advocate for our patients.
