Our nurse, Carlianne, has gone above and beyond her duty as a nurse in the NICU. She has been attentive to not only our baby girl but to us as first-time parents. It's hard enough not being able to do "normal" first-time parent things but Carlianne has made the process so much easier. She informed us about every event/procedure our daughter went through, even calling us when we needed to step out and breathe. She made the healing process move along faster for all of us.
Carlianne got our daughter in our arms faster than we ever thought we'd be able to hold her. She got her a rocker chair when she was fussy for when we aren't here to hold her. She's done so much it is hard to list it all. She is beyond attentive to every need of us and our daughter. We are so thankful she has been our nurse for more than one day, it's instant calm and relief when we walk in and see her in the morning. She understands the needs of NICU babies and their families and is one of the best nurses we've encountered on this journey.
