Carlos Saldana, RN is a very considerate nurse. Takes his time with his patients and makes the patients feel so comfortable. The patient was always happy when Carlos, RN, and the CNA were working as a Team. Very helpful with the patient and patient’s wife, regarding patient care. Great Attitude! Great nurse! Very Compassionate.

Carlos is an Angel on earth. We are familiar with the DAISY Award and Carlos represents the attributes of the DAISY Award. He understood how important our mother is to us and cared for her with such kindness. He is clearly very knowledgeable as a nurse. He gave good and clear instructions for my mom to recover and manage her care. He was attentive even though we could see how busy he and the rest of the team were. His encouragement helped my mom when she was afraid that she may not be independent as she was before the surgery. He helped her know she would recover and thrive. Your organization is so fortunate to have a nurse of his caliber as part of your organization. He is the face of nursing.
