My husband was admitted with DVT and a glucose level 533! Both of these issues were new to his health so we were very scared and full of questions. For her three day shift as his nurse, Carmen answered questions, printed out materials for us to read, answered more questions, and was very attentive each time she was here doing her rounds. Carmen gave us her undivided attention and was reassuring in a warm manner, and made the first three days of his hospital stay as comfortable as it could have been under the circumstances.
