Carol is an Extraordinary Nurse. Every time I have had a loved one in your facility she has gone above and beyond to make sure that not only the patient is informed and comfortable but also the family. We lost my grandma quite quickly. She walked into the clinic on a Monday and by Friday morning my mom got the call from Carol that we should come to see her. Carol spent the day making sure my grandma was comfortable in her last moments. She made accommodations for us, the family, to have space and time with grandma. We were able to spend her last moments holding her hand. Carol showed great empathy towards us. And made this already hard moment easier on all of us. Carol is an extraordinary nurse.
