I recently had an accident that required medical attention. I arrived at Saint Alphonsus Bown Crossing Health Plaza Urgent Care just before closing time. Even after a very long day, and I’m sure ready to go home, Carol Plott, RN gave me excellent care. Her professional competence immediately instilled confidence in me. Not only was she expedient, but she was warm and personable. All of this was reassuring and nurturing. I came away with a sense of having been seen as a person and not just one more patient to attend to. Carol Plott is a shining example of what healthcare should be. She offered her gift of healing, not simply just operating as a technician. I am grateful to have been the recipient.
