To list a few of her roles and accomplishments; Champion of Press Ganey Taskforce that worked to find the root cause of concern/s pertaining to unit focus areas, Charge Nurse, Preceptor, Magnet Champion, Unit United Way Champion, Champion Employee Engagement Committee, Leadership Rounding- Worked with Patient Experience to make an educational video modeling Leadership Rounding.
