Cate James, RN

Cate was great with my very sick 6 month old right off the bat. She made us feel comfortable and welcome. She offered to hold him while I made bottles. She bought me lunch as we were in the ER all day long and I did not have anything to eat or drink. She bought my lunch with her own money, then refused to take any cash from me. Cate spent time just talking with me too and checking in. She knew I was exhausted as I was caring for my son and husband, both of whom had COVID, all by myself. I really just felt like she cared about us and gave us her all. I understand she is new to the ER, so I just want to say she is a GREAT addition. Thank you, Cate!!
