Cathy Knapp met me when I reported for cardiac ablation. This is the second time I met Cathy. Cathy cared for me about 2-3 weeks earlier when I came to the hospital for a cardiac version. Both times Cathy was so professional and caring and impressed me very much. You could tell Cathy is experienced and versed in the procedures and processes. Cathy made me feel so comfortable. Cathy’s care was way beyond what could be expected. Cathy explained the processes after the procedure including getting food and helping my wife order breakfast for me. While I was laying flat, Cathy brought me a towel to cover me as I ate. My wife had to leave while I was waiting to be discharged and Cathy checked on me over and over. Cathy walked me through the process of taking care of myself and the areas on my body where the procedure was done. I am so thankful to have had the outstanding care from Nurse Cathy Knapp. I was so nervous about all that would happen. Cathy made sure I knew exactly what would happen. Cathy made me feel so much better. What an outstanding person Cathy is! Cathy exemplifies the best traits of a very caring professional nurse.
