Cathy surprised me with a beautiful cut flower vase with lavender roses!
I had a CT scan recently and it just happened to be my birthday. Cathy was my nurse. She saw that it was indeed my birthday and said that I deserved to be doing something “more fun” on my special day. I told her that it was better than a previous birthday in 2010 that I had my gallbladder removed. She stayed with me for the hour and ½ that I was there and we chatted away. Shortly before I was released to go home, Cathy surprised me with a beautiful cut flower vase with lavender roses! I was totally surprised that someone I had just met would do such a wonderful thing for someone they hardly knew! She was the most caring person I had ever met. She enclosed a card that said, “better birthdays are coming!” She is definitely one in a million! Cathy made my day and my birthday.
