I was impressed with Caitlin Martinez’s demeanor from the start of her shift. She is a true professional – organized, efficient, and friendly. She made me very comfortable and eased my concerns from the start. I was also impressed with her availability – she was always there when needed. She seemed to appear like magic, almost reading my mind. Caitlin is an excellent communicator- very patient and easy to talk to. She was especially skilled at briefing a new procedure – leading to a good understanding of what to expect. I was very much impressed with her relaxed, professional approach to patient care. She seemed to have time to meet my needs as they arose. Most of all, she kept me informed and worked very hard at the end of her shift to ensure my timely release. Thanks, Caitlin.
