Cecile always shows compassion and caring gestures to her patients. She continually checks and rounds on her patients every day. Talking to cheer them up and helping them with concerns that sometimes are beyond the call of duty. She never refuses patients even the high acuity ones and never hesitates to advocate for her patients as well. She always has a positive energy that resonates with her team and patients.

Also, one of the doctors that I’ve spoken with speaks very highly of her. This doctor is well known for being critical and has a very high standard and expectations from the nurses. Another doctor spoke to me over the phone and told me that Cecile is exceptional, he has never worked with a nurse with good skills and same time excellent caring behaviors towards her patients. He also added that he is very confident when he is sending patients to Lake Worth clinic that they are receiving exceptional care.

In addition, one of the patients approached me when he witnessed Cecile on the floor taking care of very critical patients while passing out. Cecile was taking her break but heard one of the PCTs say that the patient is passing out. Cecile left the breakroom and attended to the critical patient. Patients witnessed the confidence, competence, and compassion while taking care of the very sick patient.
