Upon entering Seven Rivers Hospital I was at the Seven Rivers ED-remote. When I arrived, this nurse, Celeste, was there and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed before they went home for the evening. The next day Celeste had walked in and chatted with me about my issues and bloodwork to make sure I understood everything. She talked to the doctor and made sure that all my concerns were addressed with the doctor. In between, Celeste always made sure I had my meds on time and plenty of fluids while they make their rounds and check on their other patients. I am very pleased with how Celeste is upfront with everything and does not beat around the bush. I also have noticed that if she does not know the answer to the question, she will find out the answer and come back to give you the information. Not only does this nurse’s bedside manner soar beyond expectations, but she cares for patients which I can see is a priority for her. Thank you for your caring heart, and all the smiles that brighten the dark world that medical facilities have. You’re the best.
