I am recommending Celestial because she has dedicated 15 years of service to the Village and our patients. She has volunteered to precept new TMs and help open the new Napa Home clinic, even though her workload is large. She puts her patients first and is dedicated to doing the right thing for her patients, regardless of personal inconvenience.
