Our DAISY Honoree - Chad Jennings. He received five nominates from patients and family members. They described him as compassionate, serving them with excellence, treated them as family, being an angel in times of distress, brave, strong, and fearless in these perilous times, extraordinary, treated us like people and not a surgical number. You can tell how much he LOVES his job, his patients, and wants to be here. Always having a positive and upbeat attitude, loves to joke with his patients, but knows when to do and when to be serious. Sacrifices for his patients, cheerful disposition, and eagerness to push when I needed a push. He deserves this award because he is a hero and champion for all his patients.
