Since our stay here at HCA Pearland, from the beginning, we were met with outstanding staff. We could not have asked for a more professional group and these were people including nurses, doctors, and techs. However, this one nurse (Charlemagne) stands out within this crowd of staff. This is why I am nominating him for being the extraordinary nurse that he is. Listed below are a few reasons by I’m recommending Charlemagne.

He has a pleasant and friendly demeanor. When we called him to the room, he was prompt. He didn’t make us feel like he was in a hurry. Although I knew he had other patients, he stayed with us until all our questions were answered and understood clearly.

Secondly, I watched as he handled my mom with a gentle touch and with a loving voice.

Thirdly, Charlemagne always explained to my mother what he was going to do. He is definitely in his God-given profession in my opinion. I say that because he seems to enjoy his job and takes extreme pride in it.

Lastly, I’ll never forget the care my mother received from this amazing nurse. When he walked into the room, he brought a breath of fresh air with him. We were blessed as a family to have been cared for by this outstanding nurse. Thank You, Charlemagne!
