Charlene was working on this floor and talking with the EVS co-worker assigned to this floor. During the course of their conversation, the EVS co-worker expressed her dream of becoming a nurse. She immediately saw the passion and sparkle in her eyes when she spoke about her dream to be a nurse. At that point, Charlene started a fund to help her co-worker's dream come true. Due to her compassion and her caring heart and spirit, enough money was raised to pay for CNA training, books, uniforms, and certification testing, the first rung in the ladder of success.
