Charles is always very friendly with patients and is always a patient advocate. One of the contractors started having chest pain and Charles wouldn't let him leave. He kept telling Charles he was going to go home, Charles asked him his name, he told Charles. Charles told him he wanted his name so he could look him up in the obituaries the next day. Charles kept talking to him and he finally agreed to go to the ER. Charles took him to the ER. The guy had a heart attack, they flew him to Louisville and he was on a balloon pump. If Charles hadn't talked him into going to the ER, he would have been driving and had a bad accident. It's nurses like Charles that will stand by your side in the time of need.
