Charlotte Arbogast is simply a breath of fresh air. She is very compassionate and caring - you can see it in her eyes as she takes care of her patients - especially her oncology patients. Charlotte acts like nursing is not a job to her, but a privilege. She also tries to constantly better herself by taking extra educational classes. She is someone for people to look up to and model her behavior.
