April 2024 Honoree
Chase McIntosh, RN, ASN
My father arrived in extremely critical condition after having a massive heart attack. Chase was so attentive, kind, caring, on the ball, and quick to help us with any requests or questions. This has been an obviously difficult time for our family, with my dad's prognosis still undetermined.
Chase laughed with us, felt our emotions with us, and put up with my dad's goofy, typical shenanigans we knew to expect once he finally started improving. I truly believe that Chase's dedication to going above and beyond made all the difference in my dad's recovery (still in progress). Most importantly, it gave us hope when we needed it the most. Every one of the staff members on the 3rd floor has been absolutely phenomenal, and we are so grateful.

Thank you, Chase, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
