I went to the ER uncertain of what was going on. I was pregnant, in pain, and scared. Shortly after arriving, we found out I had an ectopic pregnancy and had lost the pregnancy. From checking in Chatty was beyond compassionate. She was caring, professional, comforting, and very helpful. She was gentle and caring in helping me get comfortable with all the poles, monitoring, pain medication, and offering a warm blanket. She kept me comfortable and at ease.
When I found out I would soon be headed to emergency surgery Chatty again made sure I was comfortable, stayed with me until they took me to surgery, and always helped explain or answer questions. Chatty is excellent at what she does. Professional, sweet, caring, compassionate, and simply a blessing in such tough times. Thank you, Chatty!
