On Thursday, June 5th, Chelsea walked into our room. She was a breath of fresh air. Sunshine in the morning. Angel from heaven. Immediately, she conveyed all that she would do to get my husband back to good health and able to go home. She offered her services and availability to our needs. She is personable, sociable, sincere, caring, and a real patient advocate. She took the time to listen to our concerns with sincerity and find a solution. She ensured we were comfortable and did her best to make our stay a positive experience. She definitely went above and beyond. Her service and personality are awesome, stellar, impressive, excellent, and superior.
