To her, an open kind of communication between patients, their families, and the healthcare team is the key to foster understanding and empathy in providing care. This is exemplified by her commitment to caring for critical care patients from 2019 up until today, as she is the Head Nurse of the Complex of Hope (COVID Unit) both the General Nursing Unit and Intensive Care Unit.
