I was in the ER for 10.5 hours with Chelsea as my primary caregiver. She was in my room whenever and for whatever I needed. Chelsea honestly made me feel like I was her only patient. More than that, her manner made it feel like we were friends. She was compassionate and empathetic to the amount of pain I was in and even tried to make me laugh with a joke once results had come back and we found out I wasn't pregnant. Chelsea was so cheerful and worked tirelessly to make me as comfortable as possible no matter how many things I asked for. To quote my favorite commercial, "badda book badda boom, promote that girl!"
