Chelsea is always willing to help wherever she is needed. She is our DAISY- always cheerful and spreading joy. She started here as a novice and over these past months has blossomed into one of our best nurses! Her documentation is excellent. She takes pride in her work. I have noted she frequently utilizes the concepts of safety first. (Repeat backs-Read Backs, Stop and Resolve, etc.) She is such a breath of fresh air, anxious to learn and always striving for excellence.
