Cherlyn is a dedicated Nurse in ICU at Novato Community Hospital. Cherlyn started her career at Novato on the Medical and Surgical Unit. She later transitioned to the ICU Unit. Cherlyn is always helping patients and staff. Cherlyn is a clinical nurse III. Last year her project focused on safety and fall reduction. Cherlyn created a poster demonstrating our success at Novato and won first place for the poster presentation at the Sutter Health Nursing Symposium. Cherlyn goes above and beyond for her patients every day. She is an excellent communicator and liaison between patients, families, and medical staff. In our Covid environment, she has been an anchor of support for our most critical patients.
