I have been in the Emergency Room for over 4 hours and based on my observation, Cheyenne provided care for all her patients, not only to my mom but to all her patients. She shows compassion for all her patients; it appears the emergency room was short-staffed and she was able to manage each patient with compassion and loving care. She is a role model for her profession, and I am very touched that she was the nurse today caring for my mom.
