My mother was admitted after a fall that caused a brain bleed. She also has two significant heart issues. For two days she was confused, agitated, and difficult. Cheyenne was great with her, as were all the nurses but she went above and beyond to advocate for my mother. She did not let anything slip through the cracks. She was determined and followed up on every test result and question we had. She was not all reactive to my mother's confusion and sometimes bad behavior. She was patient with her at all times and very caring. Also, specifically, she got some information put in my mom's chart about her needing an air filter on all IVs. Normally people are dismissive of me when I tell them and show them her script information. She followed up, called around, figured it out, and got it for her. Along with entering the need in her chart!
