All hospital staff deserves grateful credit for their awesome dedication, but I want to give special recognition to Chloe, who gave above and beyond consistently over the past 3 days of my care here. Having suffered several strokes and a few other challenges, it is very difficult to relay my problems, needs, info, etc. to others. Chloe instinctively recognized my difficulty with uncanny patience, calm, and professionalism, and allowed me the time I need to sort my thoughts. She didn't just use the "quick, pre-programmed dialogue" to explain what she needs to do and why. She made sure I understood and was calm. I always thought she was there for me (in spite of my fears).

I watched her with her co-worker and was very team-oriented, especially with trainees! Her smile exuded confidence whenever she was with you, and I wondered if a simple smile could reassure, calm, ease-"make it right" all at the same time! Make it a comforting tap on the hand when she looks straight into your eyes, whatever! She has the gift. I knew it was hectic for her those days - but she never let me know it! I was quite impressed. You "Done" More Than Good" Chloe and I really appreciate all your extra efforts!
