I have always hated hospitals. Hated. Hated. Hated. They make me feel weak, sick, and helpless. After 10 days in South Shore, the only reason I didn’t go out of my mind was because of the wonderful staff. Particularly Chris B. He didn’t talk down to me. He related to me on my level. He was professional, responsive, and attentive. He always told us what to expect and followed through. He went out of his way to perform small acts of kindness. He made me feel more like a friend than a helpless patient. The fact that he could turn a grumpy grandpa into a pleasant patient proves that Chris might be some kind of miracle worker. PS- Go Pack Go
