Unselfish, positive, a morale booster; those are just some of the characteristics colleagues credit to Christa Medeiros, 2-West/3-Main.
It's not uncommon for Christa to encourage her coworkers to think of at least three good things that happened to them in a day. She doesn't just talk about good deeds, she finds ways to serve others. In fact, on one recent occasion, Christa started the day with a particularly busy patient load. Despite her full schedule, she wholeheartedly lent a hand to nurses at another station - rounding in each room, taking patient's blood sugar to help out, and more.
Christa simply brightened up our day with her gracious effort. She is so unselfish. She is an epitome of our Guiding Behavior: Caring for one another.
