There is not one incident that stands out, but many. Christi consistently demonstrates a deep compassion for patients and their families. Always putting their wants and wellbeing first. "Is there anything else I can do for you" is not a scripted question, but part of her demeanor. Christi has an attitude that you would like to bottle and dispense in the air handler. She has a very infectious smile that covers her whole face. Christi is the charge nurse in ASU and leads her team by example. She also serves on committees in the hospital, always sharing ideas to improve the patients' experience and clinical outcomes. Thank you Christi.
