Christina Alvino, BSN, RN, WOCN
Since our patients are here for longer amounts of time, we see Christina doing a lot of wound care. She works miracles on the skin for our patients. I personally probably ask her a million questions and call her a few times a week. She always educates and never gets annoyed or frustrated. There was an incident recently when we admitted a patient with a wound vac. He came very late in the day and Christina stayed to help us apply the wound vac. She took her time and explained everything to the patient and to me. She is patient and thorough. I appreciate all her hard work and I know the patients do too.
