Christina Kaercher is a dependable nurse with a caring heart. She advocates for every child she comes in contact with. During critical staffing shortages, she maintains a smile on her face for the residents. She spent hours packing supplies for a patient’s Make a Wish Trip to Disney and not once did she complain. She treats the residents like her own family. She showed the utmost empathy to the patient’s family while they were on comfort care and it did not go unnoticed. Chrissy is an exceptional nurse and she deserves recognition.
