Christina is the epitome of patience and kindness. She is very soft-spoken and treats everyone, including patients and co-workers, with the utmost respect.  She maintains a very positive attitude every day she is at work. She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are cared for to the best of her ability.  

Christina is not only a nurse in the surgery unit, but she is also willing to help out where needed from Express Care to Surgical Associates.  Not only does she give patient care at work, but she also has three special needs children at home who depend on her for their complete daily needs.  She was able to earn her BSN degree while working full-time. Her work never ends but she does it with a smile and a big heart.  

She is an awesome team player and works very well with all staff including the surgeons.  She works in the OR mostly, so she says the patients do not always remember her, but I can assure you that they got the best care with Christina by their side!  She has an outstanding work ethic and attitude to match.  She is long overdue for this DAISY Award.
