Christina Smalley is the backbone of this college! Not only do they work hard at their job, they go above and beyond for each and every student or teacher they come into contact with. The person I am nominating deserves this award because they not only focus on the school side of things but the future we will have as nurses. During clinical, this nominee has gone above and beyond by being hands-on in our learning and making sure we have the best experience possible. They will come to grab us and get us into rooms where there is something new going on or something that would be interesting to see. The nominee has knowledge that is passed down to their students in the classroom and at the bedside. I could not have made it through my nursing school career without this person and I will forever be thankful for all the knowledge they have given me!
