I was at HVI with my husband for him to pre-register for his procedure the following day. We were following Christineto the x-ray department and somehow, I tripped and fell right down to the floor and hit my head. My glasses stuck into my skin next to my eye and she was right there giving orders for ER. She was putting pressure on my wound that was bleeding. She stayed with me until the nurses came and they took me to the ER. She stayed there until things were under control. She was very caring and even called me after I was discharged to check on me. Christinewent beyond the call of duty!
