Chrissy is one of the kindest and most compassionate nurses. She is always willing to help out and tackles any challenge with which she is tasked. The past year has been extremely challenging and Chrissy has been instrumental in our successful handling of the COVID pandemic. She always interacts with our residents in a manner that is respectful and caring. There is nothing she would not do to brighten a resident's day. She goes the extra mile for our staff to help keep morale up.
Chrissy has developed an environment of trust, compassion, and mutual respect among her residents, peers, and coworkers which continues to elevate not only a positive image of the nursing profession but also her personality and the diversity that her role brings to the facility. We'd be lost without Chrissy in our organization. She's always willing to lend a helping hand; she's always setting a great example and she plays a crucial role in the Haven's success because of her flexibility and teamwork!
