Cierra Keltner, BSN, RN

Cierra is professional. Each day, she comes in and introduces herself as my nurse. She always checks-up on me. She is compassionate and is always ready to listen to my story and offer advice if needed. She is a role model. I saw her training new nurses, too. She is constantly encouraging me to have a great day. She is an advocate. She gave me a list of wonderful books to look into relating to my mental health problems. She genuinely cares for her patients. She listened to me cry and complain for a long time.
