I continue to be impressed with her initiative and attention to detail. She is self-motivated and skilled at both independent and collaborative work. She has a big heart and values inclusion. She is reliable dependable and responsible with all aspects of her work. She has a cheerful disposition and is welcoming to all new team members. We would be lost without her! I want to also highlight her pursuit to continually develop herself outside of the work environment as she is going to school to obtain her MSN while working full-time.

Due to call-ins/staffing one day, Cindy was doing both the echo sedation RN and Triage RN roles. She accepted this last-minute challenge gracefully and cheerfully via adapting, pivoting, and emotional intelligence. Utilized time management prioritization and teamwork to accomplish completing both roles.
