I am an RN with ICU experience. When I was in your facility with my husband, Cindy took excellent care of him. She took time to listen to my fears/concerns and she reassured me when I needed it. Answered all my questions, and made me feel at home and not a bother because of my questions. I know that I can make people feel intimated because I am an ICU nurse with 25 years' experience, but she never made me feel as if she resented my questions.
She took the time to listen to my husband and made him as comfortable as possible during a very scary and uncomfortable time in his life. I was very impressed with her knowledge, skills and personality.
