Being productive is only one of Clara's qualities, the BEST part is her kind heart, always expressing compassion towards her patients. She loves taking care of our pediatric patients, she is a kid at heart.
Having Clara on our TEAM makes our patients happier and our daily jobs easier. She's been in this organization for about 5 years now. You will always see her on the go, monitoring the nursing practice and offering help if needed, everybody would describe her like a Bee, "small but terrible". She is an advocate for our patients and for our staff; never afraid to speak up if she sees a situation in which a patient or staff member needs help. A good Team Player and she can handle any difficult situations with ease, while always having a smile and a positive attitude. She even supports the unit by always maintaining a safe environment, especially during the pandemic.

I still remember one of our pediatric patients in Recovery, he was so grumpy and crying on his first treatment but when Clara did her "magic", he played with her, and they became friends. She calls him, her Superman or sometimes Ironman, "my superhero". And that's how she looks at pediatric patients, our Superheroes. Every day of his treatment, this patient looks forward to seeing and playing with Clara.
Clara always makes our patients believe that they are our Superheroes, they are the ones who make our day brighter every day. These brave pediatric patients always endure pain and difficulties but still continue to amaze us, so they should really be are our Superheroes. She totally influenced me on how every nurse should be towards their patients.
For me, hard work, compassion, and being the voice for others are the perfect combination of being an Extraordinary Nurse. She sets a good example for all healthcare professionals by her integrity, honesty, and commitment to ethical and professional standards.
