Clauthenia shows great compassion for her patients and their families. During rounding, a patient talked highly about the care she received. "I really wish I could have her at home." The patient talked about how she felt heard and not rushed. "She actually listened and knew how to correct the situation. She made my stay here a good one! She gave great bedside shift change report. Followed up with any procedures or skin issues the patient could have had. She always has a smile and a great attitude when approached or asked for assistance.”

Clauthenia “Matrice” Woodruff actually started out with us from a different company, but she felt like she was one of us, so she switched companies to be able to stay on with her 8T crew. She goes above and beyond for her patients every night and never complains. She understands how important patient care is to us and she meets, if not exceeds all our expectations. She is always willing to be a team player! She is very helpful to everyone on the unit. We have been blessed with her as part of our team.
